Ear reflexology

This therapy is non-invasive as no clothing need be removed. A highly effective treatment, it can be incorporated as part of a treatment that includes normal foot or hand reflexology, or head and shoulders massage, or as an integral part of a relaxing body massage. Clients who cannot allow touch to their body may find that ear reflexology is acceptable. A 1-day course.

Swiss reflex techniques

for reflexologists
An interesting 1-day course that builds on the knowledge of a reflexologist, and expands it to include the use of volatile essential oils on individual reflex points. Massage of the individual reflex areas is also shown and practiced. This is a beneficial treatment for most conditions usually treated by reflexology.

Hand reflexology

A 1-day course to learn the art of hand reflexology. This is particularly useful for clients with problem feet or as a self-treatment regime between appointments. Learning to treat the hands efficiently can help your clients as much as traditional foot reflexology, particularly with aches and pains. The routine and reflexes are practised thoroughly, so that you can have confidence in this beneficial treatment.

Intuition and sound reflexology

Day 1 of this 2-day course teaches exercises and activities using your innate skills of intuition. These techniques are practiced and experienced. Special reflex points will be demonstrated and an introduction using colour, crystals and sound will be taught. Gain further understanding on the second day using sound reflexology as a vibration to heal parts of the body through the reflexes. Explore different sounds by group exercises and apply them practically. To complete the certificate a portfolio of 6 case studies is required.
