The Academy

The School is situated in the town of Hinckley, within a few minutes of the town centre (see map). Parking is available nearby and the venue is a twenty minute walk from the train station.

In addition to being accredited with the International Society of Professional Aromatherapists, the Academy is also a member of several important and influential associations:

• The International Federation of Aromatherapists (IFA)
• The International Therapies Examinations Board (ITEC)
• The Beauty Guild
• The Institute of Aromatic Medicine (IAM)
• The Guild of Infant and Child Massage (GICM)
• Embody

The ambiance in the Academy is pleasant, relaxed and conducive to study. Students are greeted in the spacious reception area and escorted to the training rooms. There are 5 main teaching rooms, all fully equipped for teaching and learning

We also have a selection of aromatherapy products, books, and salon accessories which can be purchased in our specialist shop.

All students should provide their own tunic, overall or tabard and wear flat, comfortable shoes. Tea and coffee is available for students throughout the day at no charge. Lunch is not provided - students can bring their own or purchase sandwiches locally.

The Academy supports an equal opportunities policy and operates a no-smoking policy. Mobile phones must be switched off whilst in the School.
