The School

The School is situated in the beautiful cathedral city of Wakefield, within a few minutes of Junctions 38-41 of the M1 (see map). Parking is available on the street and the venue is a two minute walk from the train station.

In addition to being accredited with the International Society of Professional Aromatherapists, the School is also a member of several important and influential associations:

• The International Federation of Aromatherapists (IFA)
• The International Therapies Examinations Board (ITEC)
• The Beauty Guild
• The Institute of Aromatic Medicine (IAM)
• The Guild of Infant and Child Massage (GICM)
• Embody

The ambiance in the School is pleasant, relaxed and conducive to study. Students are greeted in the spacious reception area and escorted to the training rooms. The main teaching room has 6 massage couches and there is also and equipped theory room.

We also have a selection of aromatherapy products, books, and salon accessories which can be purchased.

All students should provide their own tunic, overall or tabard and wear flat, comfortable shoes. Tea and coffee is available for students throughout the day at no charge. Lunch is not provided - students can bring their own or purchase sandwiches locally.

The School supports an equal opportunities policy and operates a no-smoking policy. Mobile phones must be switched off whilst in the School.
